Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible only if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly.

    • The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at (support@menkair.com) within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos and unboxing video as proof

Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

  • Products returned without prior approval or after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
